Automated lines FARTROUVEN MLSC for the extrusion of weldable multi-layer metal-polymer composite pipes with high resistance to delamination.
To increase the strength of the of the connection between plastic and metal layers, a unique technology of plasma modification of the aluminum layer surface is used.
The composite pipes produced on this series of equipment are distinguished by their high resistance to delamination, strength and durability. Composite pipes are connected by inexpensive polymer fittings using the SCW welding method.
Thanks to the new extrapolation technology of extruder stabilization, high accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the pipes is achieved.

Technologies and equipment for managing of surface properties
We develop and use all technologies for tailoring of surface properties:
- Formation of nano and microrelief in a spark and glow discharge plasma
- Ion implantation and ion-diffusion saturation of the surface with alloying elements
